​My Background

My journey in recruitment started in 2021, right in the middle of the pandemic, and I instantly fell in love with how dynamic and people-focused the work is. I genuinely enjoy speaking with candidates from all walks of life, learning about what they do, hearing their career stories, and understanding what drives them. To me, the most rewarding part of this role is receiving those heartfelt thank-you messages when a candidate lands a career-advancing move, seeing the same talent come back to me as they progress through their career, and earning referrals from the real trust we've built together. That same spirit of trust extends to my client relationships. I take pride in being an external partner they can rely on, someone who listens closely, shares honest insights, and helps them navigate the ever-changing talent market. Clients appreciate my transparent approach and the way I tailor solutions to their long-term goals, which allows us to build partnerships that feel collaborative and enduring.

Roles I Recruit For

I specialise in placing high-calibre professionals in support roles within the legal industry, as well as in-house legal positions. My focus covers business development and marketing, finance and accounting, risk and compliance, human resources and operations, legal secretarial, and knowledge management. I work across various levels to help law firms, in-house legal teams, and professional services organisations build strong, effective support functions.

Outside of Ambition

Outside of work, I'm passionate about volunteering at dog shelters, where I spend time with rescue animals and help support their path to loving homes. I also love floral arrangement, it's my creative and calming outlet. And yes, I'm a huge fan of cafe hopping around Hong Kong, especially when there's black sesame dessert involved!
